Update 7/22

I am sad to inform everyone that I will be leaving Seattle on Friday, July 24th to stay with family friends in New York before I go back to school. I have had such a great time meeting everyone and being able to make some sweet treats during my stay. I hope that I can continue to bake for everyone in the future!

I had to leave the Culinary Institute of America in March to quarantine with my parents here in Seattle. I wanted to continue the baking I had been doing at school and bring some joy to everyone. Please browse though my tabs to see my weekly creations and learn more about me! I hope you enjoy!

Sourdough Loaf

The sourdough making process is a labor of love and takes 26 hours of activity to create a loaf start to finish. Because of this, I ask that you place your order for a loaf a full 48 hours in advance.
